Mud, Glorious Mud….
We had a fabulous time at Wigtown Harbour last night – a visit to the bird hide, followed by some pond dipping and, finally, a chance to go mud sliding on the back of the outgoing tide. Young people had a ball, skating and eventually immersing themselves in the mud! Many thanks to Freelance Ranger Elizabeth Tindal for leading the walk, and helping to keep us safe.
