We are proud to announce that we have successfully renewed our Quality in Befriending Award (QiB Award).

The Quality in Befriending (QiB) Award is the only award in the UK which is specifically tailored for befriending services. It is appropriate to services of all kinds, from children and young people to older adults, and one to one face to face befriending to telephone or group befriending.

The QiB Award is valued by referrers, befrienders, commissioners and funders. Services have several months to complete the process and can be supported throughout by their named QiB assessor.

The process is undertaken entirely online with no site visits until reaccreditation of the award after three years.
