Joanne is a Children and Young People’s Speech and Language Therapist who grew up in D&G and returned to work here in 1999 and has been here ever since.  She is now a Services Manager for the CYP teams including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Speech and Language Therapy and the Neurodevelopmental Assessment service.

Joanne is a keen advocate for the voice of children, young people and their families, and values the important role Befrienders play in the lives of children and young people in D&G. Joanne is a keen singer and member of a local choir.
