This past 12 months I have had the good fortune to be matched with a young person who was put forward to the befriending project by his school with the full support of his mother.  It has been wonderful to watch his personality change over the time we’ve been together; his aptitude for creativity, confidence in his own ability and his overall well-being has shown me the difference we can make to a young person who just needs that little extra in his left to set him on the right path.  So from me, a big think you to everyone involved.
