We are proud to support Mental Health Awareness Week

???? All this week we want to talk about anxiety and the things that can help. More and more young people are suffering from poor mental health. We join many in raising awareness and to encourage conversations between young people and their family, friends and other trusted adults. Below are some tools and tips to discuss feelings in a healthy way. Because simple conversations can help keep mental health on track.

Join in and help to create a world with good mental health for all. ????????

Children In Need’s – Pudsey removed his iconic bandana to show that mental health issues are often less visible. We are proud to be supporting @BBCiN’s ‘Behind the Bandana’ campaign which encourages conversations that can help keep mental health on track.
